Khải Hoàn Land and main contractor Phước Thành are deploying the initial construction items of the Khải Hoàn Imperial project, aiming for handover in July 2028.
The project boasts a prime location fronting National Highway 13, opposite Aeon Mall Bình Dương Canary and close to the planned Thủ Dầu Một – TP HCM metro line. The master plan comprises two 41-storey towers, offering a range of products from one- to three-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses.
Khải Hoàn Imperial is developed around the concept of Bespoke residences, emphasizing personalized living spaces. According to the developer, the amenity system is concentrated on the ground floor and the 21st floor, featuring numerous facilities such as a plaza, internal park, mineral salt pool, BBQ area, outdoor sports zone, hot spring onsen infinity pool, gym & fitness center, spa & sauna center, virtual golf room, library, mini cinema, and more. This enables residents to seamlessly access services to recharge, rejuvenate, and restore physical and mental well-being.
The apartments will be handed over with finishes and equipment from international brands including Duravit, Grohe, Häfele, Panasonic, and others.
A representative of Khải Hoàn Land stated that they have coordinated comprehensively with Phước Thành regarding personnel, technology, and construction management plans. Both parties have committed to mobilizing resources, expertise, and management capacity to guarantee construction progress and quality.
Main contractor Phước Thành has over 20 years of experience in the construction sector, having participated in more than 180 domestic and international projects. The enterprise expects its execution experience to contribute to ensuring project schedule and quality.
Previously, Khải Hoàn Land and Phước Thành collaborated on the Khải Hoàn Prime project adjacent to the Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area. That project is slated for topping out in early July.
