GIDEV was established in 2025, a member of Green Invest Group, pursuing an Integrated Real Estate Advisory and Development (IRSD) model: connecting expertise from multiple fields within a single value chain, from land banks to operational exploitation.

Trần Trường Sơn
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Mr. Trần Trường Sơn is an accomplished leader with more than 12 years of experience in real estate, having held key roles at Vinhomes, Masterise Group, and Đất Xanh Group. He has directly participated in and successfully led numerous landmark projects spanning high-rise, low-rise, and resort developments, notably Vinhomes Central Park, Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes Grand Park, Grand World Phú Quốc, Vincom Royal Park, The Rivus, Lumiere Boulevard, Masteri Central Point, and The Privé. These achievements demonstrate his hands-on project delivery capabilities and provide the foundation for the strategic vision, comprehensive management approach, and strong execution focus he brings to GIDEV—a member of Green Invest Group—with the aim of creating sustainable, differentiated projects that deliver exceptional value in the market.
Nguyễn Thanh Tùng
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
With more than 15 years of experience at leading organizations including ANZ Bank, Techcombank, and One Mount Group, Mr. Nguyễn Thanh Tùng brings a strong foundation in finance, technology, and ecosystem development. He spent more than 13 years in senior management positions at ANZ Bank and Techcombank, overseeing business development and designing financial and technology solutions for an extensive partner ecosystem that included leading developers such as Vinhomes, Masterise Homes, Sun Group, and many other major business groups. Before joining GIDEV, he served for nearly 3 years as CEO of OneHousing, part of One Mount Group, leading the strategy to build a comprehensive real estate transaction platform covering developer-built housing, secondary-market properties, and townhouses, while advancing strategic partnerships with Masterise Homes, Vinhomes, and other industry partners.
Đoàn Hiếu Minh
Board Member
Mr. Đoàn Hiếu Minh is an entrepreneur experienced in luxury business, brand development, and customer experience creation. Having served as Chairman of the Board of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Hanoi and currently a Board Member of Digilife, he combines a deep understanding of high-end clientele with perspectives on media and business in the digital era. This serves as a solid foundation for him to accompany GIDEV in brand orientation, partner connection, and elevating customer experience.
Dương Công Thuận
Founder & Vice Chairman, Project Development
Mr. Dương Công Thuận has 18 years of experience in real estate, with particular expertise in property distribution and project advisory. Before founding GIDEV, he served as Deputy General Director of Phúc Hưng Real Estate Company and Chairman of Kinglands Real Estate Company, directly leading numerous large-scale projects in southern Vietnam. Drawing on his deep market knowledge, strategic planning capabilities, and hands-on leadership experience, Mr. Thuận is guiding GIDEV toward becoming an integrated real estate developer that delivers comprehensive solutions and sustainable value to investors, partners, and communities.
Đào Văn Bình
Founder & Vice Chairman, External Relations
Mr. Đào Văn Bình has more than 12 years of experience in real estate, particularly in property distribution and project advisory in the southern Vietnamese market. Before co-founding GIDEV, he served as General Director of Tân Hưng Real Estate Company and Chairman of GI Realty Real Estate Company, where he directly led distribution networks and developed strategic partnerships with numerous major developers. With his market insight, relationship-building skills, and sharp vision for external relations, Mr. Bình plays an important role in expanding GIDEV’s partnership network and building lasting relationships with partners, investors, and communities, helping establish GIDEV as a trusted real estate brand committed to sustainable growth.
Đỗ Quốc Anh
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Đỗ Quốc Anh has more than 10 years of experience in real estate and a deep understanding of two core pillars: project development and the establishment and operation of corporate systems. He previously served as Executive Director at Công ty CP TMĐT & Phát triển BĐS Hạnh Phúc, directly building a strategic distribution network in partnership with leading developers including Vinhomes, Masterise, Ecopark, and Đất Xanh. Subsequently, as General Director of GIRealty, a member of Green Invest Group, he led a comprehensive organizational restructuring, established governance regulations, and managed numerous large-scale projects, including Gamuda. With his strategic mindset and hands-on management capabilities, Mr. Quốc Anh is a key contributor to building a transparent, professional, and sustainable governance system for GIDEV.
Nguyễn Huỳnh Thanh Thư
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Nguyễn Huỳnh Thanh Thư has more than 15 years of experience in real estate Sales & Marketing, having held leadership positions at CapitaLand, Novaland, An Gia Hưng, Viva Land, Trung Thủy Group, and Hương Việt Holdings. Her expertise encompasses brand strategy, product development, project positioning, market research, Go-to-Market strategy development, and integrated marketing communications (IMC) implementation for residential, commercial, resort, and industrial park projects. She has directly led numerous large-scale projects from initial concept through successful launch and sales. She currently serves as GIDEV’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), overseeing brand positioning, sustainable growth strategy, and market development across the company’s entire product ecosystem.
Lê Thị Trâm Anh
Senior Advisor, Legal & Compliance
Ms. Lê Thị Trâm Anh holds a Master of Laws degree, is a lawyer with the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association, and serves as an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre. She has more than 20 years of experience in legal practice, legal advisory and in-house legal affairs, risk management, compliance oversight, and crisis management at Vietnam’s leading real estate companies. She held a leadership role at Vinhomes (Vingroup) in southern Vietnam, working on a series of major projects including Vinhomes Central Park, Vinhomes Golden River, and Vinhomes Grand Park; subsequently brought her expertise to strategic resort projects at Sun Property (Sun Group); and also worked at KN Holdings on the KN Paradise Cam Ranh urban development. With her strong legal foundation, strategic mindset, hands-on experience, and leadership acumen, Ms. Trâm Anh helps safeguard transparency, legal compliance, and sustainable development for the business, its partners, and investors.
