The acceleration of key infrastructure projects is turning Northeast HCMC into a focal point attracting a high-intellect community – where Bespoke apartments are emerging as a new trend thanks to their ability to be “tailor-made” to distinct individual needs.

Infrastructure “backbone” shapes the urban landscape
According to experts, the appeal of the Northeast HCMC area (formerly Bình Dương) stems primarily from a forward-looking infrastructure strategy.
At the core of this network is the project to upgrade and expand National Highway 13 (from Bình Triệu Bridge to Vĩnh Bình Bridge) to 60m, equivalent to 10-12 lanes, slated for completion by the end of 2028. In particular, component project 1 will finalize compensation payouts and hand over the site in June 2026. According to current updates, workshops and households along this route have proactively dismantled structures and handed over land, with 598 cases compensated.
Following expansion, National Highway 13 will no longer serve merely as a radial axis, but will be redefined as a primary urban axis of HCMC, similar to Hanoi Highway or Phạm Văn Đồng. This corridor is expected to evolve into a vibrant commercial and service boulevard, linking Bình Hoà ward to Ba Son Bridge and HCMC’s financial center in just about 20 minutes, opening a new growth pole for regional real estate.
In parallel, other large-scale infrastructure projects are actively underway. Ring Road 3 of HCMC, stretching over 76km, is expected to open to traffic along its entire route in June 2026, significantly broadening inter-regional connectivity.
The HCMC – Thủ Dầu Một – Chơn Thành expressway is currently under construction, directly linking Ring Road 3 with key industrial hubs such as VSIP and Sóng Thần. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the project acts as a vital “trade artery,” strongly fostering the industrial corridor north of HCMC.
Alongside roadways, the HCMC – Thủ Dầu Một metro line, planned to break ground in 2026, will directly ease congestion on National Highway 13 and reshape the urban landscape under the TOD model, markedly shortening travel times and spurring economic and real estate growth along its corridor.
The rapid expansion of transportation infrastructure not only optimizes regional connectivity but also creates the foundation for the former Bình Dương to transform into a high-tech metropolis. Serving as the nucleus of this progress, the North HCMC Science and Technology Urban Area established its forefront position in semiconductors, AI, and microchips right from early 2026.
Transforming the former Administrative Center into a Science and Technology Building, combined with the upcoming 70ha BWID smart logistics hub set to break ground in 2026 and an extensive network of domestic and international partners, demonstrates the resolve to attract top talent and integrate the region deeply into the global value chain.
Investment appeal is further evidenced by robust FDI inflows. In Q1/2026, post-merger HCMC recorded a surge with 2.9 billion USD in FDI. Major giants such as LEGO (Denmark), AEON (Japan), LOTTE (Korea), Warburg Pincus (USA), and others continue to expand their presence, drawing more than 45,000 international experts and 1 million high-level personnel to live and work here, generating strong demand for the premium housing segment.

“Tailor-made” living space for the elite intellectual community
Capturing market momentum, Khải Hoàn Imperial has become a preferred destination for experts and executives thanks to its innovative Bespoke living standard. Beyond fulfilling stringent requirements for international-standard luxury living, the project places strong emphasis on personalized experiences, utmost privacy, and honoring the owner's status.
Fronting National Highway 13, Khải Hoàn Imperial sits right at the heart of Northeast HCMC – home to a thriving existing community and a complete, well-synchronized external amenity network.
Furthermore, its position opposite AEON Mall Bình Dương Canary, adjacent to the HCMC – Thủ Dầu Một metro station and the 104-hectare Sông Bé golf course, enables the project to directly benefit from TOD infrastructure. Surrounding amenities include Lotte Mart, Hạnh Phúc International Hospital, Becamex International Hospital, and more, perfecting a convenient lifestyle for residents while enhancing property values over time.

To meet the discerning demands of the intellectual elite, the project focuses on experiential depth with a rich array of distinctive amenities, such as the Convergence of Elites Park, Knowledge Square, infinity pool, mini cinema, Virtual Golf studio, gym-fitness center, spa-sauna facility, and multimedia creative room—catering to relaxation, wellness, creative inspiration, and community bonding.
Khải Hoàn Imperial is designed by Dewan, an international architectural consultancy with over 40 years of experience, curating a personalized living space up to global benchmarks. Complementing this, the project is handed over with premium materials and fittings from renowned brands such as Duravit, Häfele, Panasonic, and Grohe—elevating the living experience while reinforcing Khải Hoàn Imperial’s enduring value in the luxury apartment segment.
As Northeast HCMC progressively emerges as a new growth pole driven by infrastructure and high technology, pioneering projects that capture market demand such as Khải Hoàn Imperial are poised to lead the luxury segment in 2026.
